    What Is Peanut Butter Chicken?

    Peanut butter chicken is a flavorful Thai-inspired dish that’s super easy to make. The peanut butter sauce is a tasty combination of creamy, salty, sweet, and savory flavors. It pairs especially well with steamed rice. 

    Ingredients You’ll Need

    • chicken breasts
    • oil
    • soy sauce
    • smooth peanut butter
    • ground ginger
    • brown sugar
    • white vinegar
    • salt and pepper

    How to Make Peanut Butter Chicken

    • Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. 
    • Heat oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned. 
    • In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, peanut butter, ground ginger, brown sugar, white vinegar, and the remaining olive oil.
    • Add the sauce to the chicken and cook until the meat is cooked through and the sauce is hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    • Serve over steamed white rice, and enjoy!

    • 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
    • salt and pepper to taste
