    What is Maple Bourbon Glaze?

    Maple bourbon glaze is a delicious blend of bourbon, maple syrup, ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. It’s cooked down until thick and syrupy to use as a glaze on grilled meat. 

    Ingredients You’ll Need

    • bourbon
    • maple syrup
    • ketchup
    • brown sugar
    • apple cider vinegar

    How to Make Maple Bourbon Glaze

    • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the glaze develops a  syrupy consistency
    • Use it right away or store it in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. The glaze will last for about two weeks in the fridge.
