Ingredients 

  • 4 cups loosely packed mixed greens, or use your favorite lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
  • optional toppings as desired
  • your favorite salad dressing or vinaigrette

Instructions 

  • Make your favorite salad dressing or vinaigrette and set it aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the mixed greens, sunflower seeds, bacon, onions, and optional toppings.
  • Toss with the dressing and serve immediately.
