    Ingredients 

    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 medium onion diced
    • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
    • 2-3 cloves garlic finely minced or crushed
    • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks
    • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
    • 1 tablespoon garam masala
    • 1 teaspoon paprika adjust to taste
    • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1 cup heavy cream

    Instructions 

    • Add oil and butter to a large skillet over medium saucepan.
    • Once the butter is melt, add onions and cook until they are lightly brown, about 3-4 minutes.
    • Add ginger and garlic, stirring for about 1 minute.
    • Add chicken, tomato paste, and seasonings to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
    • Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
    • Stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened. Serve over rice or with naan.
