How to Make Hibiscus Drink
- Place the water and the dried hibiscus flowers in a large pot. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. The flowers will be soft and larger in size.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Strain the tea and discard the flowers. Note that the flowers are edible and can also be used as a garnish.
- Let the drink cool to room temperature and then place in the fridge to chill.
- Serve over ice in a tall glass.
