Ground Beef Slow Cooker Frito Pie
- 10 oz Fritos corn chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 20 oz tomato sauce
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 20 oz chili beans
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
For Serving (optional)
- sour cream
- green onions
- shredded lettuce
- Add the ground beef to a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
