    What Goes Well with Crepes?

The most common pairing is fresh fruit, which won’t overpower the delicate taste of the crepes. Whipped cream is another option.

For savory crepes, you can add side dishes such as roast potatoes, grilled vegetables, sausages or even a green salad.

What are Traditional French Crepe Fillings?

When you go to a French bistro, you’ll see that crepes are a menu staple. For savory crepes, the most common fillings are ham and cheese. For dessert crepes, Nutella is the top filling sometimes with bananas included and/or whipped cream on top.

Are Crepes Served Hot or Cold?

The answer lies in what fillings you’re using. Savory crepes are always served hot, while dessert crepes may be served hot or cold depending on your preference.

I’ve shared your page to my site. Time to go shopping so I can make these. My mom, God Rest her soul, always wanted to take me to IHOP quite often. She loved crepes. I’m going to celebrate Mother’s Day with your recipes. I also love Photography and have since 5 years old. I’m in my 60’s now and still travel around to take my photos. Thank you.
