Servings: 20 tablespoons

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, (add more if you prefer)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Stir the mixture until combined and smooth.
  • Serve as a dipping sauce with Fried Chicken.

Notes

  • Storage: Leftover KFC sauce should be placed in an airtight container and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Don’t freeze the sauce as it contains mayonnaise.

  1. Hi trying to make the KFC Sauce ….In Australia KFC it is called supercharged sauce.
    I don’t understand what you mean by black and red pepper..
    Sometimes I believe Americans call capsicums as peppers? Is that what you mean or the pepper you can grind?
