Keto Cherry Cheesecake Fluff Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box sugar-free cherry gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions 

  • Beat the cream cheese until it softens.
  • Add cherry gelatin to the boiling water and mix vigorously with a fork or whisk until completely dissolved and fluffy.
  • Beat heavy whipping cream in another bowl until stiff peaks begin to form.
  • Add the jello into the cream cheese gradually until combined.
  • Mix in the whipped cream and combine well.
  • Pour into serving dishes or individual containers and set in the fridge until serving time.
