Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons butter , unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 24 ounces baby bella mushrooms
  • salt and pepper , to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Rinse the mushrooms and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Add butter and oil to a large, heavy pan and heat over a medium flame. When the oil is hot, add mushrooms in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown the bottom side by sautéeing for 5 minutes. Flip and season with garlic salt and pepper. Sautée another 5 minutes.
  • Splash with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Stir and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes. Add more seasoning if desired. Remove from heat and serve.
